Raggiana Bird Of Paradise

The Raggiana bird of paradise, Paradisaea raggiana, have one of the most  stunning courtship displays, even amongst birds of paradise. Sexual dimorphism is clear, as with most birds, with the males having spectacular peachy-brown feathers which are used in their courtship. These feathers are often revered and collected for decoration for celebrations amongst the local peoples.
